John Moses
John Moses is a Managing Director and principal of MergeGlobal, Inc., in Arlington, Virginia advising on a wide range of corporate and private equity clients in the air and expedited freight, trucking, warehouse and logistics business segments. Previously Mr. Moses worked with Deutsche Bank and JP Morgan Chase. During 24 years with both JP Morgan and Deutsche Bank, Mr. Moses managed industry, client and finance product focused teams in various institutional investment banking roles completing more than 100 major corporate financings and advisory assignments with total transaction value of over $25 billion. Mr. Moses graduated with honors from Amherst College, lectures to both academic and trade groups on value creation in the transportation and logistics. He resides in Kenilworth, Illinois with his wife and two daughters. He has helped to formulate a business plan for INCEF and develop a funding base toward building an endowment.
