Seamus Gallagher
Program Officer for Production and Education Outreach
Seamus Gallagher works with INCEF’s education teams to strengthen our education outreach methodology, including the creation of surveys and subsequent data analysis. He also works with our production teams to create targeted film modules and establish the messaging component of films, and oversees the shooting and editing of films.
Seamus has been a producer/director/writer of non-fiction video productions for a decade. He has a Masters in International Relations, with a specialization in environmental policy and development economics, from the Fletcher School at Tufts University. Seamus served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Guinea, West Africa, after graduating from Harvard University.
