Jean-Paul Baziyaka joined the INCEF-DRC team after several years of production work as a cameraman with the mission of the United Nations in the DRC (MONUC) and with Congolese television news. He has covered elections and issues of human rights and economic development and he has produced and directed a film on bovine vaccination for the UN’s Food and Agriculture Organization.
