Bonne Année “Papa” Matoumona was the Director for Environmental Programming for TeleCongo. He brings more than thirty years experience as a teacher, newspaper, radio and television journalist to INCEF. He is active in several international journalism programs throughout Africa and serves as Secretary General for the Conference of African Environmental Journalists. His talents helped to form INCEF’s pilot program in the Republic of Congo and he currently serves as Head Journalist, Point Focal and Government Liaison in Brazzaville.
